Another month goes by and i finally got a chance to round up the prolong theme i wanted to release few weeks ago. The last free theme release from dezzain studio are nobusx2 in way back end of 2007 and here i present a new theme that finally seen the light from dark corner of the site

Using Post Styling In Post

You can style any additional information for your post, example below:

you have to write in code view and make the necessary post write such as below:

Using Theme Option

Basically the theme option is easy and user friendly, nothing much for you to worry

Using Custom Field For Featured Post/Category Page

This one a bit tricky if you are not familiar with custom field usage. First the theme option include a setting for a custom field value, by default the custom value is featured images. You can set this a different value beside the default in theme option if you already running a blog with your own image control key value for post.

Step one

when writing your post, you’ll notice a Custom Field below the Optional excerpt and trackback [+] tabs. Open or click the Custom Field tab and it will display:

• Select box *this is useful if you already create the custom value
• key *custom key – featured images – default for this theme
• value *this will be the image url…etc

Step 2
Everytime you wanted to publish a post with images, you can grab the full url of the images and paste it into the Value box

sample value accepted:

• http://domainname/wp-content/uploads/filename.ext
• http://img-upload-url/filename.ext

Resize the images is not necessary since the category page featured custom value will be hidden if overflow and sidebar featured images will auto resize

Trevilian Way Is A Unique And Clean Theme by DesignCanopy. A 2×4 Magazine Layout spice things up and a main topic and secondary topics separator. Basically the theme is something different and unique style with its own flavour.

Trevilian Way is designed on a grid, so there is an underlying structure to the design. It includes several predefined classes to pull images out of the post measure to the right or to the left, or to just float an image left or right. These classes and their functions are listed below.

Smashing magazine well known for it portal infomation blog had release a free themes and font in celebration of their anniversary. The theme was designed by Elena Gafita from the DesignDisease team

Cubez theme another great released from wpthemesplugin. Cubez is 2 column theme with clean and white background and dark text. Adsense ready sidebar block and 3 column footer block for most commented post, recent post or any other plugin necessary to install for your need.

Another free theme from Dezzain Studio that include a custom main page for content based structure blog. You can set the main page to present more content to maximize the view for blogger that run or update their blog post everyday.

Main page had a 6:1 post different. If you config the post perpage in admin panel at 20 then i will show 6 post excerpt block and post content for remaining post. In any case you can edit how many post excerpt you want with below step:open main.php and find 2 line

The theme is an step out predesign for my next custom portfolio type wordpress theme..still haven’t got extra time with it and not sure when i’ll be able to finished it..just kidding..its soon!. Since i need to include some jquery into my next theme so i been try out and testing with some nifty jquery code and wanted to know how it looks in multi browser users. Another one that i really would like to try later on is the yahoo dropdown menu..i found something about it last night and currently screwing around with the code. As you can see the top sidebar is always open an if you want your blogroll or pages to be open in top just move it to the top of the widget config in admin panel. The only problems to the sidebar slide is that it will closed after you refresh the page or navigate to another page after you open all them up…..haven’t got a solution for that..might want to look into the original author site first. What if you don’t want a slide sidebar and wanted a always open sidebar? and you wanted an editable header so you can put your logo in there…i know the header were mention quite frequetly in site:)..so i will put on the solution below…it’s just a walk in the park…

How To Edit The Header For Logo Header

First you need to look for the option folder inside the theme folder. open it and you’ll find 2 php file and 1 header.psd file. The php file are header_texttitle.php and header_withlogo.php. If you want a logo style header..just copy and paste the header_withlogo.php to your desktop and rename it to header.php then replace it with the existing header.php inside the theme root. don’t worry if you replaced the header and need to revert it back to original text based header..just grab the header_texttitle and rename it and replace it…..well you know how its go…

open the header.psd with your image edit software. i prefer adobe cs2 and start editing the area..remember to show slice area in photoshop so you don’t need to resize it when save it to image. After you done editng the psd..you ready to save it to image and save as hbg.gif and replace the exisitng file inside the theme images folder..walla you’re done and now you’re a master photoshop user..:)

I Don’t Want The Sidebar Slide..How?

Just delete the script line at the top of the closing header tag in header.php and its done..simple right?

The theme is a simple clean theme with adsense ready. A 3 loop adsense in blog post definately can get some higher CT for blogger. The code are something similiar that were mention in Problogger a while back so i just input the code and make a lil tweak with the code position and walla you got yourself and adsense 3 loop and you just need to enter your pub_id and you’re ready to roll..hehe..

Hello guys…here’s another premium theme from Dezzain Studio. The original idea of the theme is to be modern like and clean..i try to make the content area as clean as possible so the usuall hover effect button are not coded into the theme but still got some hover text bubble effect into it.

Nobus is 3 column widget-ready theme and include an social badges so you can put any social related tools right there, currently it include an social network for technorati and stumble only. The post area are wide enough to input any large image (i know many blogger love to show off their big chuck image of any stuff..i love it too . As usual the sidebar is fully widgetize and personally i hardly used widget since i always manually input the code in sidebar..its easy that way if you’re an xhtml guru..

The unique of the theme is must be the big *momma bubble in the comment area..i don’t know why i’m constant usage of bubble nowaday…just can’t get enough of it.

The theme also includes an editable header with slice-ready. Finally the theme is license under creative common share-a-like and sponsored by Article Directory a unique and quality article directory and i would be appreciated the footer link remain intact.
